For over 30 years Scott Yaeger has dedicated his career to quality service, exceptional operational results and a focused commitment to excellence within the Hospitality Industry. His years of experience and growth in all positions have gained him a well rounded and detailed understanding of what it takes to win in today’s hotel environment.

Rupen Patel
Rupen’s hotels consistently receive the highest awards for quality and service in the respective brands. Rupen-owned hotels are also recognized as “green” hotels. Rupen has also plunged into the commercial real estate market. He owns many properties at key locations in New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, North Carolina, Missouri and is expanding his portfolio strategically and rapidly.

Hina Patel has a proven track record in project management and implementation. She has applied her background and her strong ability to analyze, strategize, and implement to the hospitality and real estate business.

Michael Cooney
Michael Cooney is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality Industry. Michael began his career as a teenage dishwasher in a successful Italian restaurant, working his way through every position in the kitchen and front of the house. He has not strayed outside of the hospitality industry since that very first dish he washed.

For over 30 years Judy Kent, has dedicated her career in hospitality leading high performing, award-winning teams to deliver excellence, while simultaneously increasing brand awareness, driving economic impact and ROI for the owners. She began her career as a Director of Sales with Residence Inn by Marriott.

John Logsdon
John is a 29-year veteran of the hospitality industry. After serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, John began his career as a Bellman in a full-service Sheraton Hotel and Marina and never looked back.

John England joined the Radius family as the Corporate Accounting Director in the fall of 2017. Having been born and raised in North Canton, Ohio, John attended North Canton Hoover High School where he was a standout on the football and Lacrosse teams.

April Davis, a seasoned professional with an impressive 16-year tenure in the hospitality industry. April’s journey includes a detour into Defense Contracting for nearly 4 years before returning to her true passion, hospitality, at the above-property level.

Brian Summers, an accomplished General Manager, excelled in leading the reopening of the Andover Inn in Andover, MA, and Samuels Restaurant after a two-year closure due to COVID-19. In his previous role at Crowne Plaza Annapolis, Annapolis, MD, Brian demonstrated resilience during the pandemic, achieving increased guest service scores, team growth, and revenue acceleration.

Marian Homem is the Director of Purchasing and has been part of the Radius family since its inception in 2008. Prior to Radius, Marian began her hospitality career by landing a front desk position while attending college full-time.

Paul Fick was first introduced to construction and building maintenance at a young age of seven by helping his father finish concrete. His love and knowledge for construction grew when he started work with a residential home builder and apprentice for a plumber and an electrician.
